When you’re constantly pushing through, ignoring how tired you are, or telling yourself you’ll deal with it later things start to feel off - mentally and physically. It’s hard to feel grounded, harder to know what you need, harder to feel like yourself. That’s why self care matters. Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just slowing down enough to notice what’s not working and giving yourself a little support.

Sometimes it’s sitting with your thoughts, journaling them out, or taking a few quiet minutes to breathe. These small things matter more than give them credit for. Start small. Visit our website to save the PDF, and try one small act of care today✨

Therapy doesn’t look the same for everyone and that’s the point. Some people need a space that’s just for them, to talk things through and better understand what’s coming up. Others benefit from working on their relationship together, learning how to communicate more openly and feel more connected. For some therapy includes the whole family, creating space to understand each other better and shift patterns that keep everyone stuck. And for others, group therapy offers support, shared experiences, and the reminder that you’re not alone.

At its core, therapy is about understanding yourself, and others more deeply, processing what you’ve been carrying, learning new ways to cope, and breaking patterns that no longer feel helpful.

If you’ve been thinking about therapy, but aren’t sure what type is right for you, this guide can be a great first step!🤍

Healing is rarely a straight line. Some days you feel lighter, clearer, more grounded. Other days it feels like you’re right back where you started. That doesn’t mean you’re failing or doing it wrong. It means you’re human and actually doing the work. Growth often includes pauses, setbacks, and moments of doubt, even when real change is happening underneath.

If you’re wondering how to start or how to keep going when healing feels confusing or stuck, we created a resource just for that. Our “how do I start or continue my healing” guide is available in our membership portal on our website, and it’s there to support you wherever you are in the process.🤍

2026 is all about building habits that actually support your mental health.
Small, realistic choices.
More awareness, less pressure.
Wellness that feels sustainable, not performative.

Resilience isn’t about pushing though or pretending things don’t hurt. It’s the ability to adapt, recover, and keep going when life feels overwhelming or difficult. It can look like sitting with hard emotions, asking for support, setting boundaries, and choosing self compassion after a setback instead of self-criticism.

Resilience matters because stress and challenges are part of life. When it’s supported, it protects mental health, reduces burnout, and helps us move through or recover from difficult moments with more clarity and confidence. And it’s not something you either have or don’t, it’s a skill that can be strengthened over time.

If you’re ready to build resilience in a way that feels sustainable, start here. You can also check out our resilience resource, our brand new membership, or DM us to connect!✨🤍

Whining is one of those behaviors that can instantly raise the tension in a home, but it’s almost always a signal, not problematic behavior. Kids and teens typically whine when they’re overwhelmed, tired, or unsure. It’s often their way of asking for help when regulating feels difficult.

Understanding where the whining comes from and helping them better communicate their feelings will help you respond with clarity instead of frustration. When you decode the “why” and “how” the “what do I do?” becomes so much easier.

We also have a worksheet on our website that helps guide children and teens away from whining and more toward more effective communication. Join our membership launching Jan 1 for access!
