Hello Community, Hi!👋🏼
I want to tell you about classes I offer and invite you to join!
Some are in person! And INLINE will be resuming shortly & this post speaks to BOTH!
🙉🛑I know, I know. There are already a lot of movement type classes and fitness offerings around town- which great!
Mine are a little bit different. Here’s how:
1. It’s not only one thing. It’s not a yoga class. It’s not a HIIT class. It’s not a meditation class. It’s not a Tai chi class. It’s not a dance class. What is it then? A little bit of all each of these styles interpreted and informed by my 20 years as a dancer, yoga instructor, breath coach, fitness instructor, integrative health, swimmer, long distance biker, mind/body coach, 10 years of motherhood & 42 years of living in my own body- honestly. I call them movement classes because we will do things you’ve seen/done before mixed w things you haven’t- or try to avoid. (I see you... 😉)
2. Come as you are. Wear what you want. Be clumsy. Be coordinated. Be a beginner! Be a seasoned practitioner! Be in a great/good/ok/fine/bad mood. Just be YOURSELF Doesn’t matter. This is open to anyone who wants to be there. It is a safe inclusive space and ALL are welcome.

3. Breath education is a main focus. If you are like almost everyone else- you are probably walking around holding your breath - IN. This is your place to exhale. Literally & figuratively. 🌬️
4.I’m new to town! I left NY and moved here w my sweet lil family in 2020. (I know-eesh) and when I left NY I left my entire community of students, collegues, clients, friends, collaborators, co-conspirators, and ally’s . I’m Lookkng for more of all of the above but the MI version! Come introduce yourself!
5. IN PERSON Three rules:

👉🏼Respect the quiet and keep loud convos to the lobby
👉🏼Be yourself & have fun.

IN PERSON SCHEDULE:
MONDAY Night 7pm. Ugh I know 🫠 I know you are tired at night. Long day at work or w kids. This could be the bridge you cross to a relaxed evening and a restful nights sleep (sounds good right?)
THURSDAY 10am: For parents once they drop kids at school etc. Folks who WFH and can take a much needed movement break. Retirees. Non working people. Come mid week - it’s the best!
SATURDAY 9:15am: my personal favorite time. NOTHING strikes like a Saturday morning class to get the weekend G o i n g!🤸🏽♀️🤸🏽♀️🤸🏽♀️
