📣 Did you know that ABX Redux can be RENTED? 📣

Over 2+ years of the new studio’s life, it’s been filled with so many good times, smiles, creative energy and joy!

I’ve never meant this space to just be for just me and my business ventures. I’ve always envisioned dancers rehearsing and creating, people hosting parties, other teachers stretching their wings with new workshop ideas. This space with its customizable light and draping systems and killer sound system is perfect for just about ANYTHING.

In this upcoming month, gorgeous humans are using ABX for a sound bath, a sober 40th wellness bday weekend, dancers creating content and a good friend og mine launching a new fitness app, filming local star instructors.

I can’t wait to see what else YOU do here.

January has been a BUSY one at ABX Redux. Ive been getting asked the question my whole career if I see a huge influx in January. My answer is usually a stalwart “no”

The reason being is that my students know my class is not easy and I ask A LOT. For you to show up and be present in your body, without excuses and/or attaching to the story that you tell yourself 🙄 To be present and IN your body is what we are here on this earth to do.

All the new people I’ve met this month: randoms to the friends that you have brought in, have been a true reflection of this. Which reminds me of my favorite personal saying: We mirrors, baby!!!🪞

If you have an itch to come in, COME! Last nights’ Monday class had 16! I cap at 20 in this intimate space and I feel proud and excited. It’s a great time to start AND it’s never too late to join the ABX crew 💋💋💋 While we’re at it, let’s make some LEGS!!!

🔘 Classes have been so FULL & FUN this week 🔘

This is your reminder to book class early especially if you’re an unlimited member. I want to make sure my babes all get their spots in their favorite classes. Only 4 spots remain open in Saturdays 9:30am party.

However, I’m not too full to meet the most fun and hardworking people that you refer or is it YOU, my IG lurker. Join us! We’ll have fun and the side effects won’t be so bad either 🍑🍑
