One of the best cleansing processes I’ve ever used. As the holiday nears and the seasons begin to changing, more and more clients are coming in and expressing the feeling of being tired, worn out and needing to get on track. I can’t recommend this style of cleansing enough. Approaching the body through this methods of cleansing mixed with working out and meditation have a very unique outcome. If you’re getting into a routine, whether it be with Massage, yoga, or just starting to eat more healthy. This is a great article for you to read.
