🎤 What inspired you to start teaching?
“As someone who danced for 15 years, I fell in love with the way yoga allowed me to move with purpose and flow, almost like choreography for the soul. Over time, I noticed my stress levels drop, my body feel more at ease, and my relationships grow richer. Teaching became a way to share that shift, to help others reconnect with themselves through breath, movement and intentional presence. “

“…soaking up time with my two daughters - whether we’re outside exploring, having a dance party in the living room, or just enjoying the little moments. I also manage the behind the scenes of the studio and help families plan unforgettable vacations. Whether I’m in mom mode, working at the studio, or deep in travel planning, I’m passionate about living a well rounded, intentional life.”
🎤 What do you hope your students gain from your classes?
“My deepest hope is that students leave my class feeling more connected to themselves, physically, emotionally and intuitively. I want them to feel safe, seen and supported in a space that invites curiosity, growth and self reflection. Whether it’s through breaking through a limited belief, softening into a challenging posture, or simply feeling more at home in their body, I hope my students walk away feeling empowered to embrace their most authentic self.”
