Repost HIGH10 - Let’s celebrate David on joining the 250 Club!
I’ve been training David for years so adding another 0 on that 250 would probably be more accurate.
Over the years I’ve learned there is 1 word that really resonates with David’s wellness approach and that is CONSISTENCY.
He is very regimented inside the studio and out. Along with his strength training, he dedicates 2-3 more days a week to cardio and additionally takes pride in his nutrition and recovery.
David is constantly pushing himself and the others in his morning training groups and we feel lucky to have him at HIGH10!
