ocusing on providing psychotherapy services primarily in the State of Michigan. I made the decision to panel with numerous insurance companies, opening up the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and families struggling with addiction and mental health disorders. My approach to therapy has evolved over the years. I currently practice from a recovery oriented model utilizing aspects of solution focused therapy, existentialism, acceptance and commitment therapy, and EMDR. I continue to use eco based interventions with clients when it is requested.
