Also sitting with the women who are loss moms, are missing their moms, have strained relationships, who long to be moms, infertility warriors or those child free by choice. I understand how hard today can be for others as well.

Why was I out of office from the 9-14 this month?

I was finally able to take a much needed vacation!

My husband and I were able to sneak away to CA for an adults only week away.

We spent our first day at Universal Hollywood.

Day 2 consisted of a first time ever spa day for myself. I did a 45 minute infrared sauna, a 45 minute salt cave, an hour in a float tub ( it had 1700lbs of epsom salt to make you essentially weightless) and ended it with a 90 minute massage. It was definitely an experience and I am glad I tried it but a day of “relaxation” isn’t for me. I was bored out of my mind 😂

Day 3 I went to the “hidden gem” of hiking trails in Corona. It was beautiful. I spent 3 hours exploring and hiking. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any rattlesnakes or mountain lions but i did see a skunk, a bunny and my first ever hummingbird.

Day 4 we drove down to San Diego and went to La Jolla to be near the ocean and watch the sea lions and seals.

Day 5 was our last day. We started with a short walk up Runyon Canyon Park. We then drove to Santa Monic and walked the beach and pier. After that we drove over to Rodeo Drive and the Beverly Hills sign. Got dinner at Beetle House (on Friday the 13th) then headed to the airport for our red eye home.

It was great to have some kid-free one on one time. Between work and kids it’s hard to carve out time for ourselves. This trip helped me remember one big reason why I started this small business. Theres nothing quite like being able to take time off without asking permission 🤣

Between now and December 15, all product is 15% off. Candles, CBD products, essential oil products, Sombra products and weighted microwave heat packs (neck wraps, heating pads, and eye pillows). The heated packs are on order and once they arrive I will fill those orders. Any other products purchased can be picked up starting December 16!
