Today, our hearts were full as Ultra the German Shepherd and Shadow the Cocker Spaniel made their rounds—offering quiet companionship, wagging tails, and unconditional love. Moments like these remind us that connection comes in many forms... sometimes with four paws and a gentle nudge.

We’re proud to offer a wide range of activities that nurture the body, mind, and spirit—but visits like this remind us how deeply simple comfort can be felt.

The Candy Word Search was a hit! Residents enjoyed the victorious feeling of finding those tricky hidden words—and the candy rewards were the cherry on top. 🧩🍭

With sharp minds, sweet treats, and lots of laughs, it was the perfect mix of fun and focus. Word has it… we’ve got some real candy connoisseurs and puzzle pros around here! 👏Just another afternoon, where fun and brainpower go hand in hand!

This Respiratory Care Week, we proudly celebrate the dedicated professionals who help our patients breathe easier and recover stronger every day. At Complete Care at Groton Regency, our respiratory program provides advanced care for patients with complex pulmonary conditions — including trach care, oxygen therapy, BiPAP/CPAP, in-house sleep studies, and vest treatment. Our team, led by Carol Sislione, works closely to increase clinical outcomes prior to discharging patients and aid in education for ongoing success when integrating into the community.

Our hearts are with our neighbors who were displaced by the recent fire. As it is part of our mission to , we are lending a helping hand by collecting non-perishable and microwavable food items, as well as canned and dry snacks, to support those who have been displaced. Every donation helps bring comfort and care and makes a meaningful difference as we come together to help our neighbors when they need it most.

Donations can be dropped off at Complete Care at Groton Regency through Friday, October 24th.

Our residents took a bite out of childhood memories — and made some new ones too — as they whipped up those ooey-gooey, peanut-buttery Fluffernutters! 😋 Even Rec Assistant Adam tried his very first one… and let’s just say: he’s officially hooked.
