Woohoo we are back. Blue Serenity has reopened and we are looking forward to seeing our great clients again.
(This is a long one, but read to the bottom.. its worth it I promise!)
With our time off, changes made to the office were done with your safety in mind. Rest assured you are in safe hands and we are ready to see YOU.
Please have grace with us as we work thru Phase 2 guidelines and put them into practice. Our schedules will be reduced so have patience as we are working our best to make sure everyone is seen in a timely manner.
Please read below for new updates before scheduling:
- Our waiting room & front desk is closed. Please text your therapist upon your arrival to building. Please wait in your car until your therapist has texted to come down to office. We ask that you please use our hand sanitizer and follow your therapist to your service room.
- Bring only the essential items needed for your service including water. Leave the rest in your car. (Ex: No large purses, coats, books, magazines etc).
- A cloth or disposable mask must be worn upon entering the building and throughout the treatment. If you have a medical condition for not wearing a mask, please let your therapist know at the time of booking. If you are in need of a mask, we will gift one to you.
- No other persons or children can accompany you into the building as the waiting area is closed. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
- In between every service, we are sanitizing in treatment rooms, common area & restroom along with changing ALL linens as recommended by the Governor, Governing massage associations and CDC/EPA.
- Due to social distancing, we are not offering couples/duet massages with door open between rooms. We will accommodate same time, but not the same room.
