Last week I had the privilege of stepping away from my practice and taking a 2 day continuing education class with for Myofascial Swedish. I remember when I read the title of it I was like, “those 2 modalities DO NOT work together.” They’re so different. 1 is “supposed to be deep and ppl may say it’s painful and Swedish is light and relaxing, so how can this be a marriage?” Well Ian opened my eyes to something new and honestly it’s been great integrating it to my work that I do. Here’s a few photos that I stole from his page 😊 thank you again for your time. I’m definitely thinking of adding teaching massage courses to my belt, I will be in touch!
