As a Bodyworker/Massage Therapist there are things that I think and don’t want to tell clients because I don’t want to hurt my clients feelings and I’m sure I’m not the only body worker our there that has come across this either. Being a massage therapist/bodyworker for over 10+ years I get this question a lot: how often should I receive a massage??!

The answer is not because you think it’s a luxury but it’s financial. How often can you afford to receive a massage?? Ideally every month for everyone but if that’s too costly for your monthly budget every 3-4 months. Think of it as your oil change for your body. Your blood is your oil and once things slow down due to tightnesses, stress, repetitive movement, bad posture things start to become painful and it takes A LOT MORE than 1 massage to “fix” the problem so when I have a client come back regularly which for me I am VERY BLESSED to have a lot of clients that I see on a monthly basis I am very proud 🥹 and very happy 😊 and grateful 🥲
