From our recent email newsletter:
As we turn the clocks forward and welcome longer, brighter days, spring offers the perfect opportunity to refresh your routines, renew your energy, and support your overall wellness from the inside out. While the time change can leave many of us feeling a little off at first, a few intentional habits can help you transition smoothly and feel your best all season long.
Move Your Lymph, Boost Your Energy 💧
Your lymphatic system plays a vital role in immune health, detoxification, and fluid balance — but unlike your circulatory system, it doesn’t have a pump. It relies on movement. Gentle physical activity like walking, stretching, yoga, or rebounding can help stimulate lymph flow. Massage therapy — including lymphatic massage, therapeutic bodywork, or even a relaxing session — also encourages circulation, reduces puffiness, and supports your body’s natural cleansing processes.
Eat for the Season 🥗
Spring is a time of renewal, and nature provides foods that mirror that energy. Fresh greens, asparagus, artichokes, berries, citrus, sprouts, and herbs are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber to support digestion and vitality. Lighter meals, plenty of hydration, and reducing heavy processed foods can help you feel more energized as temperatures rise.
Get Outside & Soak Up the Light ☀️
Longer daylight hours can improve mood, regulate sleep cycles, and increase vitamin D levels. Even 15–30 minutes outdoors each day — a walk, gardening, or simply enjoying fresh air — can make a noticeable difference in how you feel physically and mentally.
Prioritizing movement, nourishing foods, fresh air, and restorative care can help you feel lighter, brighter, and more balanced in the weeks ahead.
