"Fun Friday Fitness" hosted by Luth's Family Karate has turned into a great way to play, build strength, and confidence with this great little community!

Last night we had generations of students present
🥋 Nicole - a former student /instructor and now a mom of students
🥋 David - former student (taught by Nicole as a child) and then became an instructor
🥋 Brandon, Jeremy, George - all former students -
🥋 Current students and instructors- Coralie (formerly taught by David) and May

Nothing gives us more joy than having life long students- popping in to workout!

This was a night filled with walking down memory lane and creating new memories together!

Salt of the Earth kinda of life

When we fill our lives with “Salt of the Earth” kind of people- we are so filled with Gratitude that the difficult doesn’t seem to hurt as much!

Each day when we rise to embrace the world around us 💕 we have choices!

CHOICES of…
How will my day unfold?
Who will be present in my day?
How will I embrace and respond?
Will I allow others to control how I live today?

Simple - Yet Complex questions!
❤️Simple, because ultimately nobody has control over you and how you respond! Yet, if we become reactive by others - we’ve granted permission of others to control us!
❤️Complex, because we are products of our past and present - meaning We consciously need to be able to take a step back and clear our mind
