Successful “Open House” yesterday- thank for all that made it fun!

You never know when martial arts will be your next chapter!

I speak from experience- my husband had always wanted to try martial arts!

Approximately, 30 years ago – Mike got his first full-time job and his first goal was to begin karate!
This is where the story begins, his goal to begin Karate, is how my chapter in martial arts began! 😂

My first class was a surprise 😳
When Mike said I have a surprise “karate” was not even close to my thoughts of what he had in store for us!

Date night, turned it a life long love 💗

Yesterday was a “Great Day” because…

☀️The sun was shining and I got the pleasure of joining this awesome group of women at
“Mass General 5K walk-run” in Boston!

The weather was beautiful , the participants were amazing -
We all came together support each other on tge journey of raising awareness for Cancer research !

Cancer (unfortunately ) has not boundaries!
It’s not selective as to how it impacts.

I’m almost certain most have been impacted by this awful disease!

Let’s continue to raise awareness for illnesses that impact the lives of many!
