I'll be offering a few pop-up Zoom classes over the spring/summer, and the first one is on May 29th. These classes are geared toward ages 5-10, and I keep them small so that we can actually interact in the online format. See you there!

Hello, Friendly Peeps!
Tomorrow will be the last online Saturday Friendly Yoga class for a while...with the good weather rolling in, I bet it'd feel amazing for kids to move their bodies and practice their mindfulness in the fresh air and sunshine!

We're so lucky to have this online option: keep your eyes out for more Friendly Yoga classes, via Zoom and in person if you're local, later this year!

In the meantime, if you'd like to join us for tomorrow's class, we meet at 10:00, and as long as you sign up by 9:30am, I can send you the link!

The page is private, so ask to join, and then join us Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 4pm for yoga fun! Today we're playing Bingo!
