Jean is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She received her BA from Rhode Island College and her MS from the University of Rhode Island. She is a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marital and Family Therapists (AAMFT) and the Connecticut chapter (CTAMFT). Jean has worked with children, adults, families, and couples for more than 10 years. She has
experience doing therapy in offices, schools, clients’ homes, and in the community. Jean is committed to giving back to the community and the profession, supervising interns and postgraduates from her clinical training program. Joining Jean in her practice are some postgraduate therapists working towards their licensure. As part of the practice, they offer increased flexibility in appointment times and sliding-scale fees. We are in-network with MHN and a few other insurances, but are happy to bill your insurance for out-of network benefits. For those who don’t have or don’t want to use their insurance, we offer self-pay and sliding-scale fee options. We accept multiple payment forms including cash, checks, and credit cards (MC, Visa, and Discover). Some services, such as treatment outside of our offices, may incur additional fees.
