Experience the grounding and rhythmic sounds of ceremonial and tribal drums to help anchor your energy, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect you with the heartbeat of the Earth. ❤️🌎

The steady pulse of the drums speaks directly to the nervous system, helping your body shift out of stress and into a state of calm. This journey supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deep sense of belonging designed to remind you that you are supported, held, and connected to something greater.

Our Journey of the Drums experience invites you to shift from the busy mind into the wisdom of the body, creating space for restoration, balance, and deeper self-awareness.

🎵 Every Sound Journey includes:
🧘‍♀️ A guided meditation with a new theme each month
💆‍♀️ Hands-on energy work for healing, balance, and transformation
🎶 Vibrational healing techniques to enhance and restore the body's natural vibrational frequencies
💜 A safe and welcoming environment to relax, connect, and recharge

Our Sound Journey series is hosted by a husband-and-wife duo, bringing balanced masculine and feminine energy into the space. Monika is a Reiki Master, certified Sound Healer, an Access Consciousness Practitioner, as well as a practitioner of various other energetic modalities. Derek is Reiki 1 and Animal Reiki certified and has been a natural musician most of his life. He has taught himself to play the electric guitar, drums, singing bowls, and native-inspired wood flutes.

We welcome you to tune into the magic of your soul with a rhythmic journey through sound, energy, and vibration. 🩷

Feelings aren’t problems to fix.
They’re messages to understand.
Most suffering comes from resisting emotions and not feeling them.

Try this instead:
Pause.
Breathe. Slow your body. Create space before reacting.

Name it.
Anger. Sadness. Fear. Envy.
What you name, you can observe.

Feel it.
Without judgment. Without rushing it away.
Emotions rise and fall when allowed.

Ask why.
What was triggered? What need or attachment was touched?
Awareness turns pain into insight.

Release.
Breathe, write, speak, sit.
Feelings are energy and they are meant to move.

Shift.
Gently redirect toward calm, kindness, or clarity.
Not as an escape but by choice.

Final truth:
Feelings are temporary guests.
They come to teach, not stay.

You don’t need to control your emotions.
You need to understand them and let them go.

TRAUMA SAYS: "I need to explain everything so they don't misunderstand me or get upset." HEALING SAYS: I will no longer explain myself out of fear.

How someone perceives my truth is a reflection of them. And if there's any misunderstanding, the RIGHT people will ask, not assume.

It's a shift in perspective, a paradigm change, a liberation from the chains of people-pleasing and approval-seeking.

It's recognizing that your worth isn't tied to someone else's understanding or validation. It's understanding that you don't owe anyone an explanation for your thoughts, feelings, or actions.

Healing says, "I trust myself, I trust my intentions, and I trust my boundaries." It says, "I will no longer justify, I will no longer defend, and I will no longer apologize for being me."

It's a declaration of freedom, a statement of self-love, and a testament to your growth. Keep shining your light, and let the right people ask, not assume.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. believed love was the greatest power in existence. Love being the force capable of healing hearts, transforming society, and creating true justice.

He described love as the heartbeat of the moral cosmos and the guiding principle that gives meaning to right and wrong, and order to our shared humanity.

To love, in his understanding, was not merely an emotion or an idea.
It was a spiritual act.
Using love to connect you to your divine essence and embody God.

He dreamt of a world shaped not by fear or violence, but by compassion, dignity, and collective responsibility.

Love is not passive.
It is powerful.
And when we choose it, we align ourselves with something far greater than ourselves.
