Hello all! We are hurdling right through this holiday season and right into 2023! Be sure to remember to take time for yourself during all of the hustle and bustle. Come and join me, as well as some other local vendors, on Saturday, 12/10 at The Fitness Movement! I will be available to talk about Reiki therapy and the many ways that it can help you. There will be goodie bags that include a purple ticket that is redeemable for $10 off any Pebbles of Wellness service booked between 12/11/22 and 1/30/23. Finally, don't miss the chance to WIN A FREE 30 MINUTE REIKI SESSION with me! The raffle will be open through the duration the Open House, so swing by my table and fill out a ticket! Happy Friday! It is the weekend and it is time for you to get your Reiki on! Reiki is a Japanese technique used to reduce stress and anxiety, promote extreme relaxation, and activate your body's natural ability to heal. These sessions help reduce stress, calm anxiety, and promote more restful sleep. These are all very common, and most people are unaware that they are symptoms of an energy block.
