Hello Beauties!

Due to an overwhelming increase in cancellations, our team wanted to send out a reminder of our cancellation policy. 50% of your service will be charged from the card on file if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or no show. As stated upon booking, this is why we ask for payment information to be put into our system. Please make sure that your card information is up to date. If not, you will be sent an invoice to be paid before future services can be booked.

Being a small business is hard. While we understand that things such as illness and emergencies come up, we are independent contractors and do not get paid when our clients do not show up. This is why we collectively agreed to forfeit the other 50% of your service if these circumstances arise. If you need to cancel after your 24 hour appointment reminder, you will need to contact your service provider directly. This can not be done online within that 24 hour period. I am including our individual contact information below.

Thank you so much to our loyal clients for your understanding that this is our job and how we support ourselves and our families. We appreciate you all so very much!
