Very proud moment for this client!
This client is doing the best approach: slow and steady!
She did not rush into anything, set very realistic goals, has remained committed to them and has continued to improve.
After her 12 week assessment we decided to change a few things as I began to see how her body was responding to the training. Her goal was to lose weight and put on lean muscle and that is exactly what she is doing. She has been able to not only visually see her improvement, but she has been able to see the amount of strength she has gained as she continues to train.
It is PROOF that what she is doing is working and I am continuing to dial in her training to her goals and wants so she is happy with her own body and feels satisfied in her investment into training!
I am proud of the progress she has already made, and I am truly looking forward to her next phase of transformation!
