Chair Yoga at Trinity Lutheran Church of Grove City tonight, Tuesday, Oct 29th, from 4-5:00. Bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear clothes that allow you to move freely. All are welcome and poses are modified as needed for all participants. We have extra mats if you just want to try it out!This class is by donation. Have a great day!

This is Javier, one of our beloved city guys! I’ve always wanted to catch him watering the beautiful flowers on our main street! He’s done a great job keeping them looking beautiful! We have two other guys, Shannon and Jack, who also do a great job taking care of our city! It’s a big job! Thank you guys!!

I will also be teaching Chair Yoga at the Minnesota Beer Company this Saturday morning, August 3rd, from 11-11:45. Bring a mat if you have one. This class is held before they open for business. The fee is $10, payable by cash, check or PayPal.

Here’s what will be on the veggie cart Mon, July 22nd! Distribution starts at 4:00 and ends when the food is gone or at 5:30. If it is raining the cart will be inside the church. Thanks to Trinity Church for allowing us to use their facility! 🙏🏻 please share!

How about a little Chair Yoga at the Minnesota Beer Company?!!That's right, this Saturday I will be teaching a 1/2 hour chair class from 11:15-12:45 am, before the place opens for official business! No worries, we will not be using the type of chair pictured here, however, you may achieve ppeace of this kind of location and many physical benefits, by doing chair yoga. It is also great fun!

They have had requests for chair yoga so the plan is for alternating teachers to be there two Saturdays a month. If you have a mat bring it along. It will be helpful to keep your chair from sliding. Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in. Chair yoga is accessible for everyone!

The cost will be $10 per session, payable by cash, check or PayPal.
