We are excited to give a special shout-out to Lynn for her fantastic Wednesday evening class at 7:30 PM, which is quickly gaining popularity both in the studio and on Zoom.
Yin yoga is a gentle, passive practice that focuses on long holds and subtle postures, emphasizing the yin aspect of the body. This means engaging with the *inactive spaces*, allowing for a gentle stretch that helps to balance both sides of the body and promote a sense of stillness.
Yin Yoga is truly for everyone.
We utilize props to cater to your needs, accommodating your body’s condition each day. If getting up and down from the floor is a challenge, this class is an ideal fit for you, as we typically remain on the floor throughout the session!
If Wednesday evenings don’t suit your schedule, we also offer a Yin Yoga class on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 AM with Beth.
