✨Crew Spotlight✨Meet Cristian!✨

Cristian is one of our outstanding Paramedics at AEL 165, bringing a positive attitude, dedication to excellence, and perfectly timed satire to our crew. He has a way of challenging how we think, encouraging creative problem-solving, and advocating fiercely for his patients during their most critical moments.

Cristian began his career in the 🚒 fire service and transitioned into 🚑 EMS 10 years ago. He has 7 years of paramedic experience and recently celebrated his one-year anniversary flying 🚁 with our team! His commitment to patient care and teamwork makes him a valued clinician and an integral part of our crew.

Outside of flying, Cristian continues to serve rural communities as a wildland firefighter🧑‍🚒 and he still works ground EMS as well. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Claire (also a paramedic!), for 3 years, and together they have four kids who are the light of his life: Addison, Easton, Autumn, and Brycen. Between school and extracurriculars, he’s always on the go keeping up with his busy crew.

When he’s not working or spending time with family, you might find Cristian hiking🥾, snuggling his four-legged kiddos 🐶 (Bear & Charlie), binge-watching TV shows 📺, or teaching continuing education classes within the EMS and fire community.

Cristian is truly brave as the only male clinician on our team—keeping our wild lady crew grounded (which is no small feat! 😉). We are incredibly thankful for his leadership, dedication, and commitment to providing ACCESS to the communities we serve. ❤️🚁💙

Thank you, Cristian, for everything you do—we’re proud to have you as part of the AEL 165 family!

✨Crew Spotlight - Meet Courtney!✨

Meet Courtney, one of our talented Flight Nurses at AirEvac 165 🚁! Courtney may be one of our quieter crew members, but don’t let that fool you… she’s a bright light and a highly valued clinician on our team. With the best humor and a perfectly timed hint of sarcasm tucked away, Courtney keeps us all smiling.

Courtney began her healthcare career six years ago after graduating from TCU with her BSN. She gained invaluable experience working in both the ER and ICU at a busy Level I Trauma Center 🏥 in Texas. Flight nursing was always her goal, and when the opportunity opened at our base 2 years ago, she packed up, made the move, and has been an integral part of our team ever since.

Known for being calm, cool, and collected, Courtney brings steady hands, dependable knowledge, and an unshakable presence to every flight. She’s also proudly known as the Queen of Naps 👑 at the base. Courtney continues to demonstrate her commitment to clinical excellence by holding her EMT-B and the highly respected CFRN advanced certification🎖️.

Outside of work, Courtney lives life on the move. She enjoys shooting hoops🏀, traveling with friends, hiking 🥾 and rock climbing 🧗. You never quite know which adventure she’s headed toward next 🛣️.

Thank you, Courtney, for your dedication and the sacrifices you make every day to care for our community. We are incredibly proud to have you as part of the AirEvac 165 family ❤️🚁💙

✨Crew Spotlight - Stacy!✨

Meet Stacy, a vibrant and dedicated Flight Nurse who brings skill, heart, and a whole lot of joy to Air Evac 165 🚁.

With 20 years of nursing experience, Stacy’s clinical foundation was shaped in the fast-paced world of the Emergency Department 🏥, where she honed her ability to remain steady, sharp, and compassionate in every situation. For the past three years, she has shared those strengths with Air Evac, serving patients in their most critical moments. When she not flying she also still works in the ER. She continues to elevate her practice, holding her CFRN advanced certification as well as her EMT.

But Stacy’s life isn’t just defined by her incredible work. It’s also full of love and laughter at home. She is a proud mom to three: Gentry, Wyatt, and Audrey. She’s also a grandma to a sweet little girl Blaire and baby boy Bennett - a role she cherishes with her whole heart.

Those who know Stacy describe her as vivacious, full of laughter, and impossible not to love. Her laughter is contagious, and her positive energy makes every shift feel lighter… Just make sure she has a Diet Coke first! She’s the kind of teammate who can turn a tough day around with a smile or a witty joke, while still delivering exceptional care with unwavering professionalism.

When she’s off the clock, Stacy is always on the move. You’ll find her working out at the gym🏋🏼‍♀️, golfing🏌️‍♀️or hanging out with her girlfriends, boating 🚤 on the lake, grilling healthy food or spending every moment she can with her grand babies.

Stacy brings warmth, enthusiasm, and expertise to Air Evac 165 every single day. We are proud to spotlight✨her and grateful for the passion and joy she brings to our crew and the communities we serve.

Thank you, Stacy, for being such a bright part of the Air Evac 165 🚁family. We are so proud to have you on our team ❤️💙

✨Crew Spotlight - Meet Bailey!✨

Bailey began her EMS career 7.5 years ago as an EMT and worked her way up to becoming a paramedic, gaining invaluable experience at a very busy ground 9-1-1 EMS service 🚑 along the way. She has spent the last 3 years serving as a flight paramedic at AEL 165 🚁, bringing dedication, excellence, and a deep well of critical care knowledge to every mission. Highlighting her commitment to the highest standards of patient care, Bailey proudly holds her FP-C credential🎖️. In addition to her role at AEL 165, she also works as a Paramedic in the Emergency Room at a local children’s hospital 🏥 .

Known for her calm, collected, and steady demeanor, Bailey consistently provides exceptional patient care - especially in high-pressure situations.. And if you ever find yourself in need of a snack🍿mid-shift, Bailey is rarely without a pocket full of goodies - always ready to keep spirits and energy levels up.

Outside of work, Bailey’s life is full of love and joy. She has been married to her wonderful wife, Caitlyn, for one year, and together they share a son, Myles. As a family, they enjoy spending time together playing card games and traveling the country 🛣️, taking in scenic views from the mountains 🌄 to the beach 🏖️. Bailey also enjoys practicing archery 🏹 and spending time in the woods hunting.

If you’re looking for someone who makes you feel welcomed, safe, and truly valued, Bailey is your girl. She is an incredible provider, teammate, and person, and we are proud to have her as a valued member of the AirEvac 165 family 🚁💙
