✨⭐️Crew SpotLight:⭐️✨
Meet Jenni Ware RN, BSN, CFRN, NREMT-B
Jenni is the heart and soul of our base. Jenni keeps our base running fluent and smooth day in and day out. Jenni is dedicated to constantly bettering herself and our crews. Jenni may have a stoic, serious demeanor but she is who you want on your critical scene or sick patient at bedside. Jenni is currently our Base clinical educator and keeps us on our toes with witty challenging education style. She is also diligently working on completing her Paramedic certification. Jenni is phenomenal at challenging her crews and pushing our staff to be the best clinicians we can be. A fun side note to working with Jenni, hand her a coffee before talking in the morning. She loves her coffee!
Jenni started as a first-generation college graduate. She graduated nursing school from Crowder Nursing School and then completed her Bachelor's in Nursing from University of Arkansas. Jenni started her nursing career directly in the "Grit" of the ICU, taking care of the sickest of patients. Jenni specialized as a Cardiac ICU nurse and became ECMO certified. She then completed multiple travel assignments around the country working in CVICU and ICU environments. After 10 years at bedside, Jenni decided it was time to take her career to flight. Jenni has been flying for the past 3 years at Air Evac 165.
When Jenni is not flying the skies of Grand Lake, she is married to Ronnie Ware for past 8 years. They both are active members on the Grove Fire dept. They have their 4-year old daughter Laramie, that keeps them active and laughing. Jenni loves to attend church at COS, participating and providing outreach education to the community and surrounding areas, playing co-ed slow pitch softball, where she carries quite the bat and glove. Jenni is also a new t-ball mom and helping coach Laramie on the game. Jenni enjoys chips and salsa, Mexican dinners with her flight partner Kallise when off shifts. When Jenni has down time to herself, she enjoys going to the lake, traveling to different countries, playing princess with Laramie, and reading books in her free time.
Thank you, Jenni for all the hours and time you dedicate not only to our base but the community as well. We appreciate all the hard work you pour into us. This base would not be the base it is without you.
