Our little witchling roaming cliff and shore, her shadows keeping pace as she gathers whatever small magick the sea is willing to give.

The flame is lit. Magick is moving. New arrivals land this week.

This poem came from a darker stretch of my life — a time when I wanted to be happy, but mostly I wanted to disappear into anything that felt lighter than what I was carrying.

“In the Breeze” was one of those tiny escapes. A moment where I could step outside myself, even for a breath, and imagine something softer.

Sometimes the smallest moments of solitude and quiet are the ones that keep you going.

You climbed this mountain the long way — inch by inch, breath by breath — while others quit or looked for shortcuts.

Now you’re here, already scanning for the next peak.

Pause. Look around.

This view is part of the spell you cast with your own work and intentions.

Dropped into Alice’s place in Woodside for lunch and found this star tucked into the garden like it had been waiting there. Quiet, powerful, a little otherworldly.

Some places just hum with old energy — the kind you feel before you ever try to name it.

Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés isn’t a book you read — it’s a book that reads you. Every page pulls something wild, instinctive, and long‑buried back to the surface. It’s the kind of text that shifts the way you see yourself, your story, and your lineage.

And honestly, there isn’t a book by Clarissa Pinkola Estés that I wouldn’t recommend. Every one of them is a doorway — sharp, honest, and eye‑opening in its own way.

A true must‑read for anyone reclaiming their voice and their bones.

Before witchcraft was curated, color‑coded, or aestheticized, there were the texts that held the bones of the work.
The Witches’ Almanac is one of them — time‑honored, well‑used, and quietly essential. We’re carrying the official editions, directly from the source.

Multiple editions are now stocked at MotherHex.com and Witchsey.com.
For the witches who practice like apothecaries: with lineage, patience, and ink‑stained hands.
