Well, we did it ! The groundbreaking of the Leslie B Roberts community garden was amazing beyond words . We will post more soon however this is just a gratitude post for all who made today possible .

The Leslie B. Roberts Community Garden will be a shared space of hope, health, and healing — featuring one of Libby’s Legacy’s iconic Pink Ribbon Gardens, a 29x17 ft raised bed in the shape of a pink ribbon for plant-based cancer prevention co-founded by grammy award winning and breast cancer thriver, Melissa Etheridge

💬 “Groveland’s eco-agrarian lifestyle is rooted in a deep respect for the land and the nourishment it provides,” said Groveland Mayor “Chef” Keith Keogh. “We’re proud to continue building partnerships that promote access to fresh, local ingredients and create a healthier, more sustainable future for our residents.”

South Lake News: Leslie B. Roberts Community Garden Groundbreaking - The Waterwell Farms Leslie B. Roberts Community Garden is having their official groundbreaking ceremony on Wed, July 16 starting at 8:30am on 117 N. Main Avenue in Groveland.

A group of Groveland farmers has created a community supported agricultural co-op to give the community a way to support them.

Do you know of anyone in need? Both local food banks were unable to pick up this week so please stop by the greenhouse today ( 117 N. Main Ave ) and get some delicious , organically grown , FREE lettuce 🙌
