Love Ranch dip, but don't love the ingredients of store bought ones?

Making your own is quick, simple, and you get to control the ingredients.

---> 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (Fage does not use rbst hormones or GMO feed)
---> 1/4 tsp garlic Powder
---> 1/4 tsp onion Powder
---> 1/4 tsp dried dill
---> splash of worchestshire sauce
---> sprinkle of crushed chilli flakes (for those who like it spicy)
---> salt to taste

Over the years, I have witnessed both the successes and shortcomings of allopathic (pharmaceutical-based) medicine and found myself turning more and more towards natural health and healing. Need a quick immune supporting boost?

In a 16oz glass mix 1/2 tsp sodium ascorbate (vitamin C), 1 tbs apple cider vinegar with mother, juice of 1/2 lemon, honey to taste, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and water for a refreshing and delicious drink!

This is a great home remedy if you feel that scratchy throat coming on!

It's September 1st, which means it's time to prepare your medicine cabinet for the low sunshine months (aka "cold and flu season").

Did you know you can craft your own powerful flooooozie shot using common ingredients from your local grocer and/or your garden?

Fire cider is a vinegar infused with herbs, citrus fruits, and root vegetables. The combination is packed with antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and well known to support the immune system.

---> Horseradish
---> Garlic
---> Onion
---> Ginger Root
---> Turmeric
---> Serrano Pepper
---> Lemon
---> Orange
---> Rosemary
---> Sage
---> Apple Cider Vinegar

Just chop ingredients, add to a clean jar, and top with apple cider vinegar. Let the mixture infuse at room temperature out of direct sunlight for 28 days, then strain. This powerful remedy is ready to use! 1 tbs a day is all it takes. You can sweeten with honey or maple syrup. Add to bone broth for an extra nutritional punch.

💥 95.3% of the school lunch items contained carcinogenic, endocrine disrupting, and liver disease-causing glyphosate.

💥 74% of the samples contained at least one of 29 harmful pesticides.

💥 4 Veterinary drugs and hormones were found in 9 school lunches samples at levels up to 130.76 ng/g.

💥 100% of the school lunch samples contained heavy metals at levels up to 6,293 X higher than the EPA’s maximum levels allowed in drinking water.

💥 The majority of the samples were abysmally low in nutrients.
