Ann Neu, Group Fitness Instructor Certified to teach Group Fitness classes.

Current classes are Monday, Tummy Toner, 11:15-12 pm, Friday, Strength in Motion, 9-9:45 am, and Pilates on Tuesday and Friday at 5:30pm - 6:30pm, at the Groveport Rec Center. I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor (Since 2006), an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am certified to teach step aerobics, Pilate's, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, Spinning, Vinyasa Yoga, Piloxing Barre, Silver Sneakers and many other group fitness classes. My classes are currently being held at the Groveport Recreation Center, http://www.groveportrec.com/fitness and I teach on a contingent basis at the McConnell Heart Health Center.
