The recent session in Savannah, GA, brought together HR leaders from across the post-acute care field to exchange ideas, collaborate, and explore innovative strategies shaping the future of workforce leadership.

A highlight of the event included an inspiring keynote from Mark Parkinson, former CEO of AHCA, who shared impactful leadership philosophies drawn from his book Long Term Care Success.

If you or your loved one had a 3-midnight inpatient hospital stay, you have up to 30 days to admit into a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and still use your Medicare skilled benefits!

That means even if you go home first, you can still choose to come to a SNF for rehab within that 30-day window — as long as the original qualifying stay was within the last 30 days.
