Christine LaComb has worked in healthcare as a nurse for over 20 years and as a certified advanced practice nurse practitioner since 2005. She completed her Masters of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2005 and has worked as a Family Nurse Practioner in family practice, cardiology, and infectious disease. LaComb is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Certified Family Nurse Practioner. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practioners, as well as, The Texas Nurse Practioners Organization. LaComb was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

LaComb Health & Wellness is proud to welcome Tara Fenner, FNP-C to our practice.

Tara is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of distinguished nursing experience in Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, and Critical Care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and maintains active certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a former member of Sigma Theta Tau International, reflecting her commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning.

For the past seven years, Tara has provided exceptional care as a hospitalist and family nurse practitioner, known for her thoughtful, patient-focused approach. Her philosophy of care emphasizes trusted partnerships, personalized education, and empowering patients to confidently take control of their health and well-being.
Beyond the clinic,

Tara values time with her family. She is married, a proud mother of two, grandmother of four, and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
