We are deeply grateful for the incredible support from our community. Since opening our doors in 1976, Oak Grove has remained committed to compassionate care, and with the addition of our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, The Lodges, we are proud to continue that tradition for generations to come. The Lodges features 21 private rooms with full en-suite, private dining room designated to those on the rehabilitation center, Movie Theater and a phenomenal therapy gym.
At Oak Grove and The Lodges, we take pride in delivering top-tier patient care, exceptional therapy services, and outstanding customer service. Our hard work and dedication have earned us a prestigious 5-star Medicare rating — the highest recognition available under Medicare standards.
