Meet Tabitha! Tabitha grew up in Buchanan County and graduated from Grundy High School in 2003. She is married and has one daughter currently in college. Outside the office, she loves to read and spend time with her family.

Meet our Team! This is Saishu. She was born and raised in Grundy. Saishu is married and has two kids and a dog. She’s currently attending nursing school and in her free time she enjoys reading, riding her SxS, and spending quality time with her family.

Some of our patients may have recently received a mailing from Sentara Cardinal Care indicating that Dr. Amanda Umlandt is no longer an in-network provider. We want to clarify that this information is incorrect.

Dr. Amanda Umlandt remains an in-network provider in good standing with Sentara Cardinal Care. There is no need to change providers, and we are happy to continue caring for your eye health as always.
