Mendonoma Health Alliance is Hiring Medical Providers - $10k Signing Bonus for Full-Time Hires!
MHA is recruiting Licensed Primary Care Practitioners (NP, PA, MD, DO) to join our team to provide high-quality, patient-centered, equity-based healthcare to our community. Full, part-time or temporary positions available (minimum of 6 weeks.) We can also assist with finding temporary housing. As a member of our Mobile Clinic team, primary care practitioners will work closely with medical assistants, community health workers, and other clinical and nonclinical staff to create a team-based work environment that is supportive, cohesive, and promotes a positive culture for all team members and patients. The ideal candidate is a team-player, flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate delivering whole-person, judgement-free care, particularly in our rural community.
This is a salaried/exempt position. Excellent benefit package for full-time providers including medical, dental, vision, helicopter, and life insurance, along with retirement with employer contribution, continuing education assistance and local gym memberships (partial benefits for part-time). Pay Scale for NP's, PA's: $124,800 - $166,400. Pay Scale for MD's, DO's: $215,000- $250,000 , depending on experience. We are offering a $10,000 Signing Bonus for successful full-time hires. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school or program, current California license (FNP/PA/MD/DO), current DEA, current BLS and CA driver’s license required. Join our team!
