Vehicle Maintenance Technician
Mendonoma Health Alliance (MHA) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Vehicle Maintenance Technician to help keep our Mobile Health Clinic safe, reliable, and fully operational. This part-time position (0.25 FTE, 10 hours per week) plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted access to healthcare for the communities we serve. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with clinic and administrative staff, the technician conducts weekly vehicle inspections, documents and reports maintenance needs, coordinates routine servicing with approved vendors, maintains accurate maintenance and mileage records, ensures registration and insurance remain current, and keeps the vehicle clean, fueled, stocked, and ready for clinical operations. Responsibilities also include managing gray and blackwater dumping, filling water tanks, responding promptly to unexpected repair needs, and following all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record, and at least two years of experience in vehicle maintenance, fleet management, or a related field. Working knowledge of vehicle systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions are essential. The pay range of this position is $25–$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and tenure. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who shares Mendonoma Health Alliance’s commitment to improving community health and expanding access to care through our mobile clinic services.

Data Analyst
Mendonoma Health Alliance (MHA) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Coordinator & Analyst to help turn data into insight that strengthens services and community wellness across our region. This role is central to how MHA measures impact, improves patient care, and meets federal and state reporting requirements. The Data Coordinator & Analyst manages clinical, operational, and programmatic data; develops reporting structures and dashboards; and serves as the lead staff member on MHA’s Performance, Evaluation & Improvement Committee. Responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data from multiple sources (including eClinicalWorks), analyzing clinical quality measures, producing required reports for the federal and state government, and other entities, supporting grant reporting, and ensuring data integrity, security, and HIPAA compliance.

This is a 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week) position with a pay range of $26–$35 per hour, depending on experience and performance. This position can be hybrid or completely remote. The ideal applicant brings experience managing healthcare or public health data, strong analytical and technical skills (including database management, reporting tools, and data visualization), and the ability to clearly communicate findings to diverse audiences. A background in public health, health informatics, or a related field—along with familiarity with clinical indicators, quality improvement, and population health equity—is highly valued. Most importantly, this role is well-suited for someone who is motivated by MHA’s mission and wants to use data to advance access, quality, and equity in community-based healthcare.
