DONE !

We are so happy to announce that the Gardiner Clinic will re-open on Monday, 8/11.

Everything has been repaired, cleaned, inspected and given the “all clear” by the State of Louisiana.
We wanted to give thanks to Trevor Hair, the best landlord ever,
and to Kerry Hargrave, Maintenance Supervisor at the Gueydan Guest Home. Kerry went above and beyond to get our clinic up and running. We couldn’t have done it without him.
Thank you to our patients for being so understanding and putting up with the upheaval.
We are back and ready to provide the best care to each and every one of you.

ALMOST DONE

All repairs at the Gardiner Clinic are completed and we are in the last phases of clean-up.

The State has been contacted and we are waiting on one final inspection from them to insure that our clinic meets all state and federal standards.

Unfortunately, we dont have a timeline for this, yet.

In the meantime, Helen, Missy and Paige are still in Kaplan, seeing patients and taking care of the clinic’s day to day operations.

The address in Kaplan is 802 N Monceaux Ave.

The phone number is the same …337-536-9262.
Call that number and you will be directed to Paige.

We are doing whatever we can to minimize interruptions to our services and we hope to be back home soon.

Starting Monday, May 12, 2025, the Gardiner Clinic will be closed for the immediate future.
The clinic’s roof sustained severe damage due to the recent bad weather and they are currently in the process of repairing the roof.
However, it will force the clinic to close for the next month.
Temporarily, Helen Love, NP and the staff have relocated to the Family Medicine Clinic in Kaplan. The address is 802 N. Manceaux, Kaplan (Dr Randall Faulk’s old office)
They will be seeing patients, refilling medication and taking care of all other patient needs.
For assistance, just call the clinic number at 337-536-9262 and either clinic staff will answer or the access center at Ochsner Lafayette General. If the access center answers, they will direct your call to the proper place and offer assistance, as well.
We do apologize for the inconvenience but we hope you will be patient with us as we navigate these repairs and strive to continue to deliver the best possible care to our patients.
We will post updates and when we expect the clinic to re-open.

The Gardiner Clinic will be open on Friday, 1/24 from 8am - 5pm.

Beginning Monday, September 12th, the Gardiner Clinic will begin administering the flu vaccine.
Come by Monday - Thursday in the afternoons from 1-4:30pm.
No cost for Medicare, Medicaid and PI patients.

We carry the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vacccine.

The Gardiner Clinic will be doing the GHS boys sports physicals on Monday, 8/9/21 from 11:00am - 1:00pm at the GHS gym.
All boys participating in sports for the upcoming school year (junior high and high school) are encouraged to attend.
Please be sure to have your form filled out and signed by your parent or guardian. If it is not filled out and signed we will not be able to do the physical.
Cost is $10

NEW SERVICE AT THE GARDINER CLINIC
