This quote means so many things here at Body In Balance PT and Wellness. The admiration I have for all who walk through my door and how grateful I am to be surrounded by amazing people and to be able to do what I do each day. It takes courage some days from all of us, including myself. Despite the fear, we show up because we know how important it is. I think I could say this for each and every one of us no matter what we are battling each day. Providing orthopedic physical therapy, balance and gait training, and exercise for people with Parkinson’s Disease.

As a physical therapist, we are licensed for wellness as well as rehab. Reach out to a physical therapist next time you need help running your first 5k without aggravating an old ankle injury or old back injury or want to improve your balance for your daily activities and hobbies before you have that fall or just want to maintain the current activity level you have without regression after completing a rehab program.
