Y’all know I keep it real, so I’m sharing this in case it helps anyone else — especially anyone else who deals with psoriasis flare-ups.
Mine tend to happen around my eyes (which is SUPER CONVENIENT when you’re on television).
Yep. It hurts.
Nope. It’s not fun.
But I can usually keep ot under control.
Calling in the doc on this one, though.
All this to say — if I look “off” on the news for a bit, this is why.
If you’re like me and get to enjoy life with a side of autoimmune issues, this is your reminder the body always keeps score.
No doubt stress is behind this flare-up.
It’s my main culprit (which is slso SUPER CONVENIENT in a stressful job).
So please be kind to yourself and try to recognize when stress is creeping in.
I’m posting this as a way to hold myself accountable and to *make myself* take my own advice.
But.
Something tells me I’m not the only one who needs to be reminded of this right now.
If that’s you, I hope this helps.🫶
