Today is Autism Awareness Day. A time to spread understanding, kindness, and acceptance. Autism is not something that needs to be “fixed." It is a different way of learning,
communicating, and experiencing the world.
By learning more, being patient, and choosing inclusion, we can create a world where individuals with autism feel accepted, supported, and valued for who they are. Awareness leads to acceptance.
Acceptance leads to inclusion.
And inclusion makes a difference for so many families every single day. 💙🧩

💚 💚Strong, capable, and unstoppable—today we honor those with Cerebal Palsy💚💚

The 20th anniversary of National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day is TODAY! And every March 25th, we want to recognize YOU. The cerebral palsy community is full of strength, resilience, and diversity.

We often say that if you know one person with cerebral palsy, you know ONE person with cerebral palsy. Because each person's journey is unique, filled with accomplishments and challenges. Let's raise awareness not just today, but every day, and strive for a world where everyone is embraced for their being themselves.💚

Tag us in your content all day long so we can add you to our community highlight on Instagram!

💙💛Today we celebrate the beauty, strength, and incredible uniqueness of individuals with Down Syndrome. 3/21 represents the triplication of the 21st chromosome. It is a reminder that differences are something to be embraced, not hidden.

Lets continue to spread awareness, promote inclusion, and celebrate every ability. Everyone deserves to be seen, valued, and given the opportunity to shine.

Wear your crazy socks, start conversations, and most importantly-choose kindness. 💙💛

💙Comment with a picture of your crazy socks today and show your support too💛

This month means more than awareness- it means understanding, inclusion, and celebrating the strengths of people with developmental disabilities. Every person deserves the chance to be seen for who they are, supported in their goals, and included in their community.
People with developmental disabilities make the world more compassionate, more patient, and beautiful. They teach us resilience, unconditional love, and the importance of celebrating every milestone big or small.
Let’s continue to create a world where everyone belongs, everyone is valued, and every voice matters.
