1. Our Co-founders are board certified in Neurofeedback.
2. Dr. Amy Palmer, Neuropsychologist is also a Diplomat in QEEG.

This means we assess your brain wave activity and plan training protocols using state of the art, leading edge QEED-guided Neurofeedback. Want to learn more?

Healing isn’t a straight line — it’s a journey with ups and downs. At the Center for Neuropotential in Guilford, we remind our clients that mental health healing takes time, patience, and the right support.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or life transitions, the path to emotional wellness often includes progress, setbacks, growth, and reflection. That’s normal. True healing happens when you have a safe space to process challenges, build coping skills, and strengthen resilience along the way.

If you’re searching for mental health therapy in Guilford, CT, child and adolescent counseling, or anxiety and trauma treatment near the Connecticut shoreline, having professional support can make all the difference. Therapy provides tools for emotional regulation, stress management, improved relationships, and long-term personal growth.

You don’t have to walk the journey alone. With compassionate, neuroscience-informed counseling, healing becomes not just possible — but sustainable.

How We Can Help

Are you ready to start healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, or other problem?

Neurofeedback is a safe, effective and medication-free option that re-trains the brain to work in a more desirable way. However, not all neurofeedback is created equal and not all neurofeedback providers understand the complexities of the brain. At the Center for NeuroPotential, our founders (Dr. Amy Palmer & Deb DelVecchio-Scully) are both board certified in neurofeedback.

As with neurofeedback, not all psychotherapy services are equal. We have skilled clinicians trained in trauma-informed therapies (e.g., EMDR), CBT, and mindfulness approaches.
