Self care isn’t always glamorous (nor should it be!). Sometimes it’s parking a few cups on your arm and shoulder between sessions with hope for a little fascia release. Ta-da! It worked, and I felt much better to keep chugging along today.

Cupping is always available to add onto your session, at no cost. Just ask! Cups are a great way to loosen up tight fascia and increase blood flow to the area.
