Thank you all for the kind Mothers Day wishes. We’re having a really nice day that started with a bird watching tour in Norwalk!
Empowered Wellness wouldn’t be possible without the help of the many moms in my life (yes, and dads too but this is our day! You’ll get a shout out next month!). Whether it’s my own mama, my mother in law, aunties, cousins, neighbors. So many moms have helped me parent while I run my business, even if it’s a quick “oh crap, I ran over time in my session. Can you get Mara off the bus?” Or a “I really need to pick up this job on the other side of the state and Mara is staying home from school can you watch her for 8 hours?” And thank you to my clients who are often very understanding moms when I have to take the call from Mara’s school in the middle of a session.
They say it takes a village to raise children and it is absolutely true. So thank you, moms, for all of the love , understanding, and helping hands you continue to give.
