About Me

I was born in Pensacola, Fl but was raised in Ky for 24 years. I moved back to Pensacola in 2005 and found my calling with Massage Therapy. I have been practicing now for 11 years. I started my career in a Spa setting and eventually ended up in a Chiropractic establishment at Jacobs Chiropractic and Wellness Center for 9 years. It is within the Chiropractic position that I learned the most about common injuries from our daily lives as well as more severe injuries from sports and auto accidents. I feel that both positions have provided me with a well rounded adaptability for different people with different needs.

Having trained in a variety of modalities, I can help custom your massage to fit your needs. The most common problems I treat regularly are neck, shoulder and back pain, hip and glute pain, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, sciatica and rotator cuff injuries to name a few.
