WOW! So much has happened in such a short time (including gray hairs, wrinkles, lost sleep, tears, frustration, worry, etc) and here we are 3 years later and still more fulfilled each day.
The decision was not easy. In fact, it was very risky and thinking back it was probably a terrible idea to branch out on our own as a small, unknown, private PT practice in a vast landscape of large corporate PT clinics, but we HAD to do this.
PT (healthcare in general) has changed so much over the years and we were never able to completely practice in a way we believed it SHOULD be done… centered around each INDIVIDUAL and not based on a “one size fits all” model where meeting numbers/units dictated treatment plans.
3 years later, the daily struggle of being a small business/private practice continues. The struggle still exists, some days more than others but we wouldn’t change a thing and regret nothing. Yes, we are exhausted E V E R Y single day but using ALL resources to give everyone our BEST is exhausting!
Evolve is something Airiel and I built together and we are proud to show to our kids, our families, our friends, and share with our community.
So with that said, THANK YOU! Thank you to EVERYONE who has trusted Evolve with their PT (and everything else you may get while here) and supported our dream.
You ALL are why we do this and why we have finally made our footprint in our community!
