Putting the “personal” back into Personal Heath Care. Dr. Calisch is amazing. The past couple years many medical providers have gone corporate, resulting in a lack of compassion and care. Waypoint DBC is the complete opposite! Dr. Calisch takes the time to really listen without judgement and without watching the clock. I don’t feel like just a number anymore. His personal approach is a very welcome relief. I have made Waypoint DPC my sole care provider and I couldn’t be any happier!

I'm not originally from the US and was always used to doctor visits being more like going to a friend that knows about health care and getting educated, something I rarely got from previous primary care physicians. My first visit with Dr. Calisch was a refreshing reminder of what it feels like being helped by someone who cares about your health and goes above and beyond to ensure that you are being cared for the right way.

After a short talk about my previous medical history, Dr. Calisch gave a wide variety of solutions for different issues, information on conditions that I did not know about, and suggested things that no other doctor had suggested in the past. Following consultations were the same, always knowledgeable about the problems, remembering our talks, and simply giving me the time of day.

I don't know why I didn't know about this practice before, but I'm definitely not switching out of it. 100% Recommend Dr. Calisch!

I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience at Waypoint Direct Primary Care, from the cleanliness and organization of the facility to the exceptional care provided by the staff, including the primary care physicians who took the time to answer all my questions and put me at ease. The wait time was remarkably short and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a standout among direct primary care practices.

I cannot say anything negative at all about my experience so far !! Dr. Frank has been so great to work with! He is very easy to talk with and to, he listens and hears what I want and need. I like the fact that if I have any questions or concerns, he is there or will return my call asap. He has helped me get the best prices on my prescriptions. Dr. Frank has also given me a prescription at half the cost in office than I would have gotten from a pharmacy. Personally I’m glad to pay him the fee of his services than to any insurance company. I know he can not cover major stuff,,, but instead of having insurance tell you what you can or cannot do, I pick this way! He’s pretty cool! I’m excited to have a real doctor who cares and I know he’s there if I need him! Thanks Dr. Frank!!!

I am so happy to have found Dr. Frank and Waypoint Direct Primary Care. Not only is it nice to have a primary care physician who can be seen without waiting weeks in advance like previous primary care physician's I have had but it is beyond refreshing to have a doctor who truly cares about his patients health and wellbeing. His mission is his patients and I could not be happier to be under his care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new primary care physician. Waypoint Direct Primary Care is healthcare done the right way with patients coming first.
