📣 MEET OUR DIRECTOR — TYLER SCHADE
The Vision Behind Bayside East FC
We’re proud to introduce the Owner and Director of Bayside East FC, Tyler Schade
At just 23 years old, Tyler made the bold move to launch Bayside East FC — a fully self-funded initiative — to bring a professional and purpose-driven approach to youth soccer in an area that’s long needed it.
💡 So far, Tyler has personally invested over $40,000 into building Bayside East, including clearing land and installing brand-new Bermuda sod fields. But for Tyler, this isn’t about getting that money back — it’s about giving back by creating an experience that players, families, and the Navarre community have never seen before.
⚽ With a US Soccer D License, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, and over 5 years of coaching experience with kids ages 3–10, Tyler brings both passion and professionalism to everything he does. He grew up playing the game locally, including time at Pensacola Rush, and has been instrumental in the development of the Bayside boys program over the past few years.
As Director, Tyler is leading several exciting initiatives:
* Launching a full REC Soccer Program for players ages 3–8, in addition to Travel Soccer
* Expanding the Little Kickers Program (ages 3-5), which served over 80 players this past season.
* Building a coaching culture that values mentorship, development, and a love for the game.
* Offering accessible programs for all players, regardless of skill or experience.
🌱 With the partnership of Navarre United Methodist Church, we’re doing more than just saying “we’re for the community” — we’re proving it.
At Bayside East, we won’t ask what the community can do for the club — we’ll focus on what the club can do to serve the community.
From our facilities to our coaching staff, from the youngest players to our future travel teams — Tyler’s goal is clear: to build something real, rooted in values, development, and opportunity.
