Glow Flow
A unique style of Vinyasa Yoga that seamlessly synchronizes breath and movement. Classes will never be exactly the same, but we follow a specific arc form in every class so classes are challenging yet accessible to all. (Room Heated 92 degrees)

Slow Flow (outdoors)
Same style as Glow Flow in a slower pace

class. This class is great for beginners to gain confidence and for all yogis to spend more time exploring each posture. Beats
Let go and just flow in a Vinyasa Yoga class set to energizing music. Challenge yourself and have fun! (Room heated)

Restore (outdoors)
A great class for all levels, flowing at a gentle pace. Learn new postures, practice a unique flow every class and leave feeling restored in body and mind. Yin
The perfect balance to your busy life focusing on long-held floor poses and breath. Helps to open the body, and cultivate the ability to observe and stay with sensation. (Room unheated)

Strength
Balance your yoga practice out with extra strength work to grow your flow. This class led by Embodied Physical Therapy's Emily Collum focuses on light resistance to create functional strength and education on your bodies imbalances. Kids Yoga After school
Fun and empowering program for kids after school. Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays after school thru 5 pm. Students from GSES walk from school to the studio for games, art, music, gardening and yoga! Bend & Brew
A slow flow class held outdoors at Big Beach Brewery taught by community teachers and teachers in training. $5 class and beer discounts! Beach Yoga @ The Gulf Restaurant
Practice yoga while you take in the natural setting of the beautiful Gulf. The class is held at The Gulf Restaurant in Orange beach on the grass in the shade of palm trees overlooking the bridge at the pass from the bay to the Gulf of Mexico. 🌊✨ I’m beyond excited to share that I’m running for Gulf Shores City Council Place 2! This decision comes from a deep commitment to our community and a desire to serve in a bigger way.

Meet the teacher Monday featuring Suzette!

She loves show tunes, stand-up comedy, yoga retreats and her three kiddos. She’s been in the fitness world for 20 years and loves HIIT classes as much as she loves yoga … would you want HIIT with Suz at Glow?! You’ll find her teaching Mon and Wed slow flow 🌳 and Thurs Glow Flow 🔥 She also knows everything there is to know about lululemon and works the shop Fridays.
