The idea to relax comes to us when we are usually at our breaking point. Funny, how that works. We should all try to nip our daily stresses before we have that knot in our neck, shoulders & upper back, or the pain in our lower back, hips, & legs, or the tension headaches. Why is it so much easier to take care of everyone else in our lives but we regularly tend to neglect ourselves?

Messer Massage invites you to start the NEW YEAR out right with the thoughts of your own stresses & managing them before you are at your breaking point. Since being in the Massage Therapy field for 20+ years my suggestion to all is to make standing monthly appointments for a few months. Then as your body starts to adjust you can book massage sessions just as maintenance sessions. Half hour sessions are great for specific areas & it’s a nice mental break, Hour sessions are for head to toe balancing with attention given to specific problem areas, & 90 min sessions are geared toward those that totally need to be REVIVED. Prices for sessions vary for the time however, they do not vary if you are in need of a Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage or a combination of the three. Messer Massage does offer & specializes in Pregnancy Massage as well.
