We had such a meaningful afternoon at our monthly Caregiver Support Group Luncheon. A special thank you to Jennifer Scott with Your Choice Senior Care Baldwin County and Lisa Brooks with Aveanna Home Health for sharing their knowledge and compassion with us.

This month’s discussion focused on Caregiver Burnout—including how to recognize the signs, practice self-care, and access community resources that support both caregivers and their loved ones.
Our luncheons are designed to provide not only education, but also fellowship and encouragement. Caregiving can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone.

💜 Join us every 3rd Tuesday of the month from 12:00–1:00 p.m. here at Haven Memory Care. Lunch is provided, and all caregivers are welcome!
