𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐬, 𝐑𝐃𝐇

Shannon was drawn to a career in dentistry through her long-standing interest in healthcare and her passion for helping others. She loves that dentistry makes a visible difference in patients’ confidence and overall well-being, and she values building long-term relationships while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of work, Shannon is happiest spending time with her family and friends—making memories, exploring new places, and enjoying time on the water. A former collegiate 🎾 tennis player, she also loves to unwind with a good book, especially while relaxing on the beach.

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Shannon has been married to her husband, Richard, for 15 years and is a proud mom to two children, Hays and Charlotte. Her favorite quote by Jane Goodall reflects her outlook on life: “What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”

Megan was drawn to dentistry from a young age after growing up with positive experiences at the dentist. Those early visits inspired her desire to create the same comfortable, caring environment for her own patients here at Rutledge Dental Group. She enjoys helping patients feel at ease before, during, and after their treatment.

Outside of the office, Megan is happiest spending quality time with her son and family — the people who mean the most to her. 💙
