Welcome!

I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor that has been practicing for over thirteen years in the mental health field and has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children.

I use a wide scope of interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and positive psychology to name a few. I utilize these interventions with children through therapeutic play and creative activities geared towards helping children regulate emotions, process trauma, respect rules and boundaries, and reduce distractibility.

I mainly have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, substance abuse, codependency, mood disorders, conduct disorders, learning disabilities, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and anger issues.

I offer an individualized, judgement-free, and supportive space for each client based on their specific needs.
