Congrats to our sister community Summer Vista Assisted Living Community!!

We are thrilled to announce the Superior Award recipients for 2025, and it is with great pride that we recognize Summer Vista Assisted Living Community as SRI Management’s 2025 Community of the Year.

The winners were revealed last week at the SR Companies 2026 Conference, hosted at Omni Amelia Island Resort in Amelia Island, FL. The Superior Awards celebrate excellence across our organization, and Summer Vista exemplified what it means to lead with consistency, care, and results.

In addition to being named SRI Management Community of the Year, Summer Vista received several additional top honors:

- SR Companies Community of the Year – Recognized as the top-performing community across all SR Companies senior living management brands
- SRI Management President’s Club – For maintaining 95%+ occupancy throughout the entire year
- SR Companies Pink Diamond Award – For achieving the highest Quality Assurance scores company-wide

These awards reflect the commitment of the entire Summer Vista team. Their focus on residents, culture, and operational excellence continues to set the bar across our organization.

Last week, SRI Management hosted Executive Directors and the Corporate team for a three day conference. On the final day, The Superior Awards took place to highlight all of the talent and wonderful team members making our resident's lives plentiful each day.

It is our pleasure to announce one of our very own was recognized for her true dedication and example of servant leadership within our community. Please join us in congratulating Suzette Wells, Director of Culinary for being awarded a spot in the Circle of Excellence! Out of 50+ communities, only 18 members were selected out of all employees in those communities - so this is a huge accomplishment!

We are so proud and grateful to call Suzette one of our own! 🤩
