Beach front at the Lodge in Gulf State park, park in guest parking lot, then follow sign that says “Guest Elevator”, use elevator to go up to the first floor, exit the doors to go outside and walk straight forward, towards the lobby/restaurants until you see the pier/walkway on your right. Follow this down to the beach, I will be set up on the beach at the end of the walk way 😊

A couple of photos from our magical lunar eclipse sound bath journey and 3/3 portal ✨

💫My heart is sooo full, I’ll cherish this memory forever. Divine souls meeting and playing. The pure, raw, emotional experience of life.

🌙We breathed, we meditated, we bathed in sounds, and then our collective energy parted the clouds and calmed the wind for the full moon to appear over head, glistening across the ocean. The energy was felt through and lived within our physical and energetic bodies. thennnn we danced, ran into the ocean and held hands while poured healing energy into the earth 🫶

Thank you all for showing up for yourselves and for the earth.

💫I have been called to serve as an intuitive, healing guide, to walk along side souls new and old to the spiritual awakening journey, to activate, guide, empower, and heal. Through my work I awaken you to the power and ability to heal yourself, as your own sovereign being. You don’t give your power away to me, instead, I show you the power within YOU.

✨If you have never meditated a day in your life but have an interest in it, or you really want to go to a class but aren’t sure you have enough experience, come to my “How to meditate” workshop. This will empower you with confidence to attend classes in the future and to meditate comfortably at home.

It is not modern movement involved yoga.

Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep-

Your brain waves move from a beta state, which is your active awareness into a theta state, which is the brainwave state right before the Delta state, or dream state.

So in yoga Nidra you are not asleep, but you’re not fully awake either. It allows access to the subconscious but in a conscious way and therefore creates a Goldilocks zone for spiritual experience.

Yoga Nidra is scientifically proven to increase sleep quality, lower blood pressure and heart rate, enhance inner calm, and allow access to intuitive insights.
