Modern Recoil was founded by Brad Rayborn who has over 9 years of Firefighting and EMS experience ranging from municipal, state, federal, and international departments. He comes from a family of fire, police, and educators that has instilled a desire to put others first and to teach. He is a life-long resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and enjoys having a direct impact on his local community. In addition to hands-on CPR classes, hybrid courses, we can help build a first response kit to your needs and desires, assist with purchasing AED’s (Automated External Defibrillators). All of this can not only give you invaluable knowledge on how to make a positive impact on someone’s life, it can also help lower your insurance costs depending on provider! At Modern Recoil we offer training that adheres to the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), and Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI) programs and guidelines. With his background as a first responder and instructor, Brad is able to provide a relaxed and approachable atmosphere that allows students to learn and be more prepared when needed.
