Why Memorial?
Being born in a coastal area, my first thoughts while watching my flight land near the beach, was this is THE place. Having excellent staff along with the friendliest Program Director was a no brainer for me to choose Memorial. After finishing one year I would definitely say choosing Memorial was one of my best decisions that I’m definitely proud of.

Stay tuned for more 🌟Resident Spotlights🌟as we welcome our newest interns to the family starting July 1.

Snow days in the south don’t happen often. Our residents took advantage of it! ❄️⛄️

Some areas along the coast received up to 6” of snow!!

Fun fact: According to local weather authorities, it hasn’t snowed this heavily since 1963, with there only being 10 episodes of a “dusting or more” of snow since 1895!

Why memorial?
As I love being near water, my first introduction to this area was the water and beaches. Once I got to the residency, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely supportive program director and faculty. They treated us like equals, and truly cared about our well being and were always around if we needed help or wanted to learn.
